Our Website Design Process

1. Initial Consultation
   A designer will talk with you over the phone or in person to discuss your needs and prepare an estimate or quote.
   
   
2. Initial Deposit
   We usually ask for a 50% deposit and a signed contract to start the job.
   
   
3. Artwork and Copy
   You will supply us with logos, images and copy for your site. We have a small library of images that can be made available to your project. Any additional images can be purchased, scanned or shot by a photographer. We can supply you with a photographer if needed.

4. Interface Design (Comp)
   A designer will prepare a comp based on your input and preferences. You'll be able to preview the comp on a browser and see what your page will look like. We usually allow for 2 or 3 minor revisions * in the quote to make design changes per your feedback. This includes things like color changes, element placement, text sizes, etc.
   
   
5. Creating Your Web Pages
   Once you sign-off on the design we start creating all pages and adding your content. When completed we test the site, load it to the server and you will provide us with final feedback.
   
   
6. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
   We program all pages with the keywords you provide for search engines to index your site. Additional SEO services are available separately per your request.
   
   
7. Final Sign-off and Deposit
   Once your site is complete you will sign-off on it and provide us with the final payment.
   
   
8. Website Delivery
   After receiving the final payment, we will copy the website to your server. We will check the site and make any final adjustments.
   

* Revisions = changes, and more hours spent on a project. Our quoted price figures for those additional hours. If we need to make more than 2 or 3 changes to the design we give you, then the initial quote will have to be updated for the extra hours of design work.
